The x1111 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. x1111 enforces this restriction through CNIC-based identity verification. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account suspended immediately, all funds will be returned to the source payment method, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the x1111 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms. x1111 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate all funds and winnings associated with accounts opened in breach of this rule.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x1111 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.3 You must notify x1111 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. x1111 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notice, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take appropriate steps to protect your credentials.
4.4 x1111 reserves the right to lock an account if it suspects unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, or any other security concern, pending investigation. During such a lock, withdrawals may be suspended until the investigation is concluded.
x1111 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion. x1111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
The minimum deposit on x1111 is PKR 500. The minimum withdrawal is PKR 1,000. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your x1111 account within two to five minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within two hours of processing. x1111 bears no responsibility for delays caused by the receiving payment institution.
All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's account must be fully KYC verified; (b) no active fraud investigation or account review may be in progress; (c) any Bonus Funds must have met their applicable Wagering Requirements before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. x1111 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of PKR 500 per month against the balance of an inactive account. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence. x1111 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems appropriate to review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the transaction being declined and the matter being reported to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses offered on the x1111 Platform are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all x1111 bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotion terms.
x1111 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that exploit bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine play, hedging bonus bets across both outcomes of an event, and using automated software to optimise bonus play.
While a Player holds an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is PKR 2,000 or the equivalent stated in the specific promotion terms, whichever is lower. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, all x1111 bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of issue if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
7.1 All casino games available on the x1111 Platform are supplied by independently certified third-party providers. x1111 does not operate proprietary game engines and has no ability to influence game outcomes. 7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, x1111 will use the game provider's server logs to determine the outcome of the round. 8.2 x1111 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice. Bets placed before a market is suspended remain valid unless the underlying event is cancelled or voided in accordance with the applicable sport rules.
8.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to platform availability. x1111 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to network latency, connectivity issues, or platform maintenance windows.
8.4 Where an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or otherwise not completed in full, x1111 reserves the right to void all related bets and return the staked amounts. Specific voiding rules for each sport are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
8.5 Maximum payout limits per event and per day are published in the sportsbook section and may be updated by x1111 at its discretion. x1111 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the published maximum payout limits regardless of the outcome.
